• Brandio offers social media management, content creation, website design, and ongoing website update services to small businesses, entrepreneurs, and online brands.
  
• We do not host websites; clients are responsible for their own hosting and domain services.
  
• Social media posts are generally delivered within 24–48 hours of request and are typically scheduled on weekends. These timelines are estimates only and not legally guaranteed.
  

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information, including logos, branding materials, and social media login credentials if necessary.
  
• Delays in providing required materials may result in service delays, for which Brandio is not liable.
  

• All services are provided as-is, without any warranties of performance, business results, or revenue generation.
  
• Brandio is not legally responsible for any missed, delayed, or undelivered social media posts.
  
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or business opportunities.
  
• Brandio is not responsible for copyright claims arising from images, graphics, or stickers used in content creation. We use publicly available assets and design platforms (including PicsArt) and rely on those platforms’ licensing. All copyright liability rests with the original asset providers.
  

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold Brandio harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from:

• Any third-party claims arising from content we create at your request.
  

• Social media content is considered delivered once provided to the client or scheduled for posting.

• Brandio’s total liability for any claim is strictly limited to the amount paid by the client for the service in question.
  
• We are not responsible for events beyond our control, including technical issues on social media platforms or website hosting providers.
